The Michelle Smith-De Bruin saga continues with her appearance before the International Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland on May 3. Michelle's lawyer Peter Lennon is to argue that in another recent case a lab technician showed how the Versapak drug test containers could be opened.

Her lawyer's argument will be that because the bottles can in fact be opened, the sample could have been tampered with, although they have not given any reasons why anyone would want to tamper with her sample.
